What counts as "first-year salary"?
Base salary only — we don't count equity, signing bonuses, or variable comp. If you hire someone at $150K base, the fee is $15K. Period.
Do you offer a replacement guarantee?
Yes — 90-day replacement guarantee. If a hire leaves or is let go within 90 days, we source a replacement at no additional cost.
